Dutch Colonial Home
Dutch colonial home renovation is both exciting and challenging. The original import of this 17th-century colonial architecture had almost completely vanished in the New York fires of 1776 and 1835. However, there was just something so spectacular about the dormers bearing shed-like overhangs and a grand entrance adorned with a transom and sidelights that brought a revival in the 1930s. Artisan’s worked overtime to recreate the perfect match of wood, stone and brick. We like projects that require a “little thinking”.
Amazing Bathroom Flooring
Amazing bathroom flooring can be yours. If you always wanted something unique; we found it. Not too many people would ask for hardwood flooring in the bathroom. But not too many people know about the using bamboo instead of oak. We designed this bath using antique Java Fossilized bamboo. New Island
New island sometimes requires a new room. No problem! Our client fell in love with white marble counter-top that would look stunning as an island. There was just one problem. The kitchen was 15 X 17 and the marble was 8 X 3.5. Well the yard was nice and big and the township was friendly. We built out a large enough space to include a beautiful sky light over the new island.
Light Farm House
Light farm house is all I can think of when I look at the vaulted ceilings and huge open space. It is open to the sun’s magnificent glory. This now, beautiful building had been abandoned. It was sold for taxes after 9 years of sitting empty. The previous owners just up end left. But when our client purchased it the could see something no one else could see. On three pieces of loose leaf paper and a bar napkin they drew this magnificent room. We just built it.
Custom Home
Custom home designed by Donald A. Gardner Architects. Our client fell in love with a design on-line. We contacted the architect, connected with a realtor to find the perfect piece of land, received all the proper permits from the township in advance and built the home. If you can dream it, We can BIULD IT!
